The Socialist National Strike for Communism

The Artificially Imposed Economic Crash due to "Coronavirus" is tantamount to an economic "slow-down" or STRIKE by Socialists, as is done in other countries. You have to look no further to see the similarities than the militant assertion by Teachers Unions, who have declared that it is imperative that Police be defunded, as a condition of their going back to work.  

To sum it up: You are experiencing a National Socialist (Communist) strike, imposed by politicos of a particular stripe to coerce and impose upon our land a Socialist political agenda.  Yes, there are viral germs killing people.  But those germs are Socialist and they are murdering the hopes and dreams of Americans by assassinating a thriving economy, then relishing and thriving on the negative results by unleashing the Obama-ish "civilian security force," to create chaos, confusion, and distraction by burning, looting, and murdering, all the while disguising it as "peaceful protest."  

They do it in other countries.  You have, no doubt, heard of a strike by railroad workers. Some places have garbage collectors going on strike, and sometimes you have a coalition of Unions striking, in order to advance their socialist agendas and/or demands.  The Air Controllers Union tried to do it to Ronald Reagan.  He was able to fire and replace them, and that backfired on the Socialists... But they TRIED.

Here they had to disguise their "strike" under the cloak of a health emergency.  You can argue about the methods of handling the health issue, but you must confront and acknowledge that this has been done before.  The "Great Depression" was ushered in artificially in order to impose on Americans, a Socialist Agenda.  There were literally train-car loads of corn and other foods rotting away, in order to create a scarcity in order to establish a government control.  Even now, Socialists use that economic depression as an example of how government has to intervene in order to "save" the nation.

Of late, you may have also noted that the Socialists have wanted to start a war, and taken all manner of measure to effect a protracted war somewhere, especially in the Middle East.  I point this out, because it is very much a part of their agenda to prevent a revolt from those who would oppose their Socialist goals, and it serves the Socialist purpose of attacking the Commander In Chief,  and his supporters and political allies. Beware of another war. The aim is get more Americans murdered.  Strong economies do more to defeat enemies than bullets and bombs.

The economic collapse of the Soviet Union is a prime example.

Again: It is a National (or global) Socialist STRIKE.  They are not just tanking the economy in an effort to get Trump to lose the election.  They know they cannot win the election, so they are going to advance a Communist takeover, regardless of who is in office.

While you are busy being isolated and controlled by a supposed virus response, you are being distracted from the Socialist Coup, being instigated after their previous Coup to take out the President (and his supporters) failed miserably.

You KNOW they have tried this before.  Now they have shut down the economy.  They have murdered in the streets.  They have burned and looted.  They have even gone into "safe" neighborhoods to demand reparations and "concessions."  You and your spokesmen and women have been censored. They have been attacked and "canceled."  Your representatives have been assaulted in restaurants and your culture is being taken down and burned to the ground.  Your "protectors," the Police are being attacked and eliminated.  You are being told what to buy, where to buy it and from whom.  Many of you will not even voice your political views for fear of retaliation.

THIS IS NOT A "PANDEMIC."  IT IS ANOTHER COUP D' ETAT, that they are quickly escalating into a full fledged Marxist revolution, and it is being executed right under our noses.

What to do?

Yes, we must rebel, not just protest.  We must stop the Coup, but we must do it by advancing OUR agenda.  We must build a free nation. NOW.  We must declare Communist FREE ZONES, and take and HOLD  that territory.  WE are doing it now in some states, but they have to be declared FREEDOM ZONES openly and with the aim of purging from those areas the Marxist usurpers. Then we must advance this to other areas.

This is not impossible to do. In some towns, people have joined together to oppose violent criminals from burning and looting, which those criminals do under the guise of "protest."  That form of unity can be extended and expanded to your neighborhood, your town, your state.

We have done it before, and it required the full force of our UNITED PURPOSE:  Our Quest For The AMERICAN DREAM..

It must be done now.  YOU must take the initiative now. If we wait until the election, it will be too late, for in fact, with these "upheavals" and attacks, they have already stolen the election.

ANOTHER SPY BUST...

The Department of Justice announced Wednesday via public dispatch that "...Mariam Taha Thompson, 61, formerly of Rochester, Minnesota, was charged today in the District of Columbia with transmitting highly sensitive classified national defense information to a foreign national with apparent connections to Hizballah, a foreign terrorist organization that has been so designated by the Secretary of State..."

The DOJ said that "... the information Thompson gathered and transmitted included classified national defense information regarding active human assets, including their true names ..."  and that "...by compromising the identities of these human assets, Thompson placed the lives of the human assets and U.S. military personnel in grave danger..."

These are the salient points regarding the charges brought against Thompson according to the DOJ Dispatch:

*  Thompson was arrested by FBI Special Agents on February 27, 2020, at an overseas U.S. military facility, where she worked as a contract linguist and held a Top Secret government security clearance.  

*  The investigation leading to this arrest revealed that starting on or about December 30, 2019, a day after U.S. airstrikes against Iranian-backed forces in Iraq, and the same day protesters stormed the U.S. embassy in Iraq to protest those strikes, audit logs show a notable shift in Thompson’s network activity on United States Department of Defense classified systems, including repeated access to classified information she had no need to access. 

*  Specifically, during a six-week period between December 30, 2019, and February 10, 2020, Thompson accessed dozens of files concerning human intelligence sources, including true names, personal identification data, background information, and photographs of the human assets, as well as operational cables detailing information the assets provided to the United States government. 

*  A court-authorized search of Thompson’s living quarters on February 19, 2020, led to the discovery of a handwritten note in Arabic concealed under Thompson’s mattress.  The note contained classified information from Department of Defense computer systems, identifying human assets by name, and warning a Department of Defense target who is affiliated with a designated foreign terrorist organization with ties to Hizballah.  The note also instructed that the human assets’ phones should be monitored. 

*  Thompson transmitted the classified information in the handwritten note to a co-conspirator, in whom she had a romantic interest. The FBI’s investigation revealed that Thompson knew the co-conspirator was a foreign national whose relative worked for the Lebanese government. 

*  The investigation also revealed that the co-conspirator has apparent connections to Hizballah. Further investigation revealed that, in a separate communication, Thompson also provided information to her co-conspirator identifying another human asset and the information the asset had provided to the United States, as well as providing information regarding the techniques the human assets were using to gather information on behalf of the United States. 

*  In yesterday's Criminal Complaint, Thompson was charged with Delivering Defense Information to Aid a Foreign Government in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 794(a) and conspiring to do so in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 794(c).

If convicted, Thompson faces a maximum sentence of life in prison for violating § 794.

Principle sources for this information include John C. Demers, the Assistant Attorney General for National Security; Timothy J. Shea, the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia; Robert Wells, Acting Assistant Director of the FBI's Counterintelligence Division; and Timothy R. Slater, the Assistant Director in Charge of the Washington Field Office.

The DOJ announced that Trial Attorneys Jennifer Kennedy Gellie of the National Security Division’s Counterintelligence and Export Control Section, Jennifer Levy of the Counterterrorism Section, and Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia John Cummings are prosecuting the case.

The term security clearance is used much less frequently in policy than the term ‘eligibility‘. Brennan and other former officials retain their eligibility to access classified information unless a decision to revoke that eligibility is made. Officials would maintain a ‘current’ security clearance for two years after leaving an official government position – assuming their investigation hasn’t expired. More Fake News .. This time about a "Russian Spy Ship"

In a Fox News report it was reported today that a Russian "Spy Ship" (the Viktor Leonov) was spotted 40 miles closer to the U.S. and not far from a Navy submarine base in Connecticut.)  That was, the report said, according to a U.S. official.

That was the "lead" in the story.  Then the report said the ship remained in international waters, but not before mentioning that the ship bore surface-to-air missles, but, however, its main function "...is to intercept communications and collect data on U.S. Navy sonar capability..."

The implication is that we are being spied on by Russia right off our coast.  What the report by Lucas Tomlinson does not tell you is that any information that could be obtained by said ship can be obtained by any low level spy operating in Washington D.C., either by walking into a government official's office that holds the information they need, or by computer hacking, or by simply asking one of the traitors that purport to act on Americans' behalf in our intelligence agencies.

Russian spy "trawlers," which at one time were operated as fishing vessels, routinely buzzed our coast lines during the "cold war."  They were then a dead give-away, because the so-called fishing vessels were arrayed with a multitude of antennas that no normal fishing boat would have sported at that time.

The U.S. did the same in the past and probably does the same today.  One such incident was the U.S.S. Pueblo, which was captured by North Korea.  Another such U.S. spy ship was the U.S.S. Liberty, which was severely damaged by Israel,  supposedly attacked by Israel because the ship refused to identify itself. That was in 1967.

U.S. spying, does not make Russian spying ok.  Neither does it make ok Russian military incursions into our territory.  Spying is, of course, "routine."

What is wrong with that story, however, is that it promotes the pretense of Russian aggression, possibly to make U.S. defenses look vulnerable or weak.

Current U.S. defense capability, one could easily discover (by googling, if one were so inclined), can obliterate any intruder into U.S. territory within seconds of detection, and the capability includes the obliteration of multiple "invading" units.

But the more interesting omission of this story is that, while there may be a Russian spy ship off the Coast of the U.S., there are multiple agresssors with spying capabilities, much closer than "off our coastline,"  mainly the embassies of unfriendly nations in Washington D.C.  If you happen to be a tourist in our capital, be sure to take the tour and check out the array of antennas on each of those embassies, and perhaps you will then speculate on the army of operatives and agents  assigned to those embassies and their "American" assets that operate right under the noses of the CIA and the FBI, not to mention our many military intelligence agencies.

You might even be prompted to ask yourself if that scruffy bloake sitting next to you on the bench at the Washington Memorial, eating a hot dog, is actually a spy working for China.  Ponder that.

Of course, that pales in significance, when illuminated against the back-drop of the former "administration" of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, which acted openly against U.S. interests and divulged our major secrets to our enemies, and are now using their "insider" influence to desperately undermine the current administration.

Maybe a Russian spy trawler off the coast of the U.S. is actually an improvement in U.S. security.

"Hidden Cameras Capture Clinton Campaign Staff in Nevada not Only Skirting the Law but Mocking it"

A James O'Keefe, Project Veritas Video, released today appears to show Hillary Clinton Nevada campaign staff and volunteers ignoring and violating Nevada voter registration laws.

An article accompanying the release says "Hidden Cameras Capture Clinton Campaign Staff in Nevada not Only Skirting the Law but Mocking it."

The video describes a Clinton campaign attorney, Christina Gupana of Las Vegas, advising campaign workers that they should "...do whatever you can, whatever you canget away with just do it..."

According to the article:

"...We uncovered a clear theme within the Nevada Clinton campaign, when it comes to the law: ask for forgiveness not permission. Phillip Kim, a staff organizer for Hillary for America was captured on hidden camera saying: 'ask for forgiveness not for permission ... Courtney Kravitz, a Hillary for America Fellow was caught stating to one of Project Veritas Action’s undercover journalists that 'I mean we kind of abide by the like ask for forgiveness type of thing.' And Harrison Lee, another Hillary for America Fellow was caught on hidden camera admitting: 'Typically the style of campaigning that we do is like, we just ask, do they support Hillary Clinton.  And if we’re not allowed to do that, then we ask for forgiveness.' ..."

Another account details the following:

In a discussion captured on hidden camera, campaign worker Henry Engelstein explained to Gupana and Lee that they were chastised by a librarian for openly displaying a Clinton sign while conducting voter registration in the library ... According to Engelstein, 'she came out with the Nevada statute books and opens it up and starts reading the statute about how you’re allowed to get voter registration … it says pretty explicitly here in the statute that this sort of action is prohibited.  So I don’t care if you do voter registration but you can’t have the Hillary stuff.' ... 'That was like the saddest day,' stated Lee, to which Engelstein cavalierly replied 'Dude she had the f**king book.' ... Gupana subsequently advises her fellow campaign workers to 'just like hide all that stuff and like.' ..."

Project Veritas President, James O'Keefe summed it up:

"...The widespread corruption throughout all levels of the Clinton campaign is a disease ... Just as with her State Department email scandal, the culture of Clinton’s presidential campaign seems clear: break the law - then ask for forgiveness only if you get caught...”

The THREAT MATRIX is reporting  the terrorist organization, ISIS, and its activities in numerous countries since January 2013, in direct contradiction to attempts to downplay or minimize the security threat of that terror group.

Says TM:

Lisa Lundquist @ TM tells us that:

The Politics of Polarization

President Obama meets with President Molina of Guatemala, President Hernandez of Honduras, and President Ceren of El Salvador; speaks about Illegal immigrant issue...

This weekend Obamistas and the Socialist Liberal media have launched a precise tactic of political and cultural polarization in advance of the 2014 election cycle by focusing on divisive issues that will attempt to get out the Democrat vote, cast their opposition as uncompassionate  reactionaries, and endear the Obama regime to Hispanics by championing amnesty, legalization, and citizenship for illegal aliens.

Here begins the Obamista propaganda machine:

"...Even as President Obama grapples with the crisis of immigrant children arriving at the Southwest border, White House officials are laying the groundwork for a large-scale expansion of immigrant rights that would come by executive action within weeks..."  That's according to a Parson, Bennett, Mascaro story in the Los Angeles Times.

The article says that White House Officials signaled strongly on Friday that "...Obama's move would shield from deportation large numbers of immigrants living in the country illegally, as advocacy groups have demanded..."  And it cites that roughly 5 million of the estimated 11 million people who entered the country without legal authorization or overstayed their visas could be protected under a leading option the White House is considering.

The L.A. Times article quotes senior adviser Dan Pfeiffer telling reporters the Obama move will come by the end of the summer, and predicts that will prompt a major clash with congressional Republicans, citing also that that some White House officials "...appeared to relish the prospect that the GOP might overreach in its response and act in a politically self-destructive manner..."

The article states that:

"...The White House is entertaining a range of possibilities that would speed up deportations in some cases but forestall them in many others...Obama could use his executive powers to expedite deportations in response to the current border crisis, in an effort to clear the large numbers of unaccompanied minors gathering daily in the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas...At the same time, he seems likely to act to prevent deportations of many of the immigrants already living, working and raising children in the U.S..."

The L.A. Times article says that Pfeiffer told reporters that he would not discount the possibility that Republicans would seek to impeach Obama over his next immigration moves, and that "...references to impeachment at the White House on Friday suggest that administration officials are trying to shape the political battleground in advance — portraying Republicans as obstructionist before launching a broad-sweeping executive action on a front where conservative sensitivities are particularly keen: immigration policy..." And it says that the "...campaign arm of the House Democratic leadership began a fundraising drive featuring Pfeiffer's impeachment forecast within hours of his making it..."

The Obama administration media blitz and the consequent propaganda blast by its media minions reveals their efforts to paint the landscape in their favor, utilizing the tactic of framing a scenario according to their Socialist agenda.  The propaganda effort is the tail-end of a tactic that includes a coordinated policy that would attract illegal aliens to this country, along with the announcement of a refusal to enforce immigration laws (arrest and deportation), prompting a massive influx of illegal aliens, culminating in the utilization of illegal alien "children" as propaganda pawns to achieve the political objective of legalization and/or amnesty.

The clamor that the illegal alien invasion is a failure of the Obama Administration, and that it is a fiasco for which he is at fault is folly.  Results  demonstrate that Obama's  "inaction" is actually part of a scenario that has been staged for political gain and that the stages of that agenda continue to unfold according to plan.

The stages of "The Obamista 2014 Political Plan" appear to be according to the following:

1.  Announce broadly that it is ok to come to the U.S. illegally because immigration laws will not be enforced.

2.  Inform those who are coming to surrender themselves to authorities so that they can be processed toward legalization.

3.  Process those who have been detained or who have surrendered to authorities and release them on their own recognizance.

4.  Promote this as a "humanitarian crisis."

5.  Use illegal alien children as a propaganda measure to obtain sympathy and to cast opposition to legalization/amnesty in a negative light.

6.  Use these issues to fuel efforts to get out the vote in mid term elections.

7.  Use issues to inflame opposition and prompt calls for impeachment of Obama and then use the response to intimidate efforts towards impeachment from the opposition, and to cast those who propose impeachment in a negative light. This will cause a split of Republicans into pro and anti-impeachment factions.

8. Continue "legalization" efforts for illegal aliens, thus announcing further that it's ok to come and "you won't get deported."

These tactics are meant to get a reaction from the opposition.  It is a Marxist tactic, gleaned from "the dialectic."  Specifically, the "activists" create an issue to cause a violent or extreme reaction from the opposition.  When they get the reaction, they point out and organize opposition to it by pointing out how "reactionary" their opposition is.  This accomplishes two things.  It helps to "organize" and get into action those of one camp, while causing the other camp to react, and to possibly become divided, and to be cast  in a negative light.

This is why you see leftists in demonstrations throwing rocks, molotov cocktails, causing riots: to cause a violent or extreme reaction from the opposition.  It is meant to inflame and to upset. When police or soldiers or a "militia" react to the inflammatory actions, the finger pointing begins about how oppressive and mean the opposition is.

It is one harmonic down from terrorism. Terrorism is the more extreme version.  The purposes are the same.  Cause a breakdown, a wedge, an upset by attacking the stability of the opposition.  The actions are meant to destabilize, to get the opposition off balance,  to cause a violent and/or extreme reaction, and to divide, topple, defeat and conquer.

What's the antidote?

Do not get terrorized.  Do not get destabilized. Do not get flustered, disorganized, upset and do not extremely respond.

Instead restore stability. Build, fortify, secure, and advance your own cause.  Attack the opposition strategically. UNDERSTAND the tactics of the Left.

In the case of the Obamistas, label them for what they are.  They are in collusion with human trafficking, abusing children for political gain,  making them come here via sociopathic cartels in hostile environments and conditions for political gain is even worse than human trafficking. Etc. Etc.

Get the conservative vote out for the elections.  Staying home on election day is not working.

CONGRESS REPORTS: IRS Too Dumb To Be Non-Partisan

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has issued a report that says the IRS is too dumb to be non-partisan.  They said this, not in so many words, but that appears to be the gist of the report.

The report says that the IRS staff heard their boss, Barack Obama, bullying conservatives, calling conservative groups "...'shadowy' entities with 'innocuous' and 'benign-sounding' names that 'are running millions of dollars of attack ads against Democratic candidates'..."  And then the IRS, upon hearing this and other Presidential condemnations of his critics, decided to target Conservatives and Tea Party groups for special repressive measures.

The report says specifically:

"...President Barack Obama--a highly celebrated speaker noted for his oratory--exerts this power with uncommon vigor. President Obama's ability to command the rapt attention of the national news media, and by extension the American people, has become his most effective and favored rhetorical tool.  With his Bully Pulpit, President Obama wields the power to singlehandedly shape the national dialogue.  In this case, President Obama's Bully Pulpit led to the Internal Revenue Service's targeting of conservative tax-exempt applicants..."

The report specifies:

"...In the months after the President's State of the Union Address, he kept up the [negative] rhetorical assault as he railed against the decision [Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission] in campaign-style speeches across the country.  In these speeches, the President called conservative groups 'shadowy' entities with 'innocuous' and 'benign-sounding' names that 'are running millions of dollars of attack ads against Democratic candidates.'  Calling them 'phony' and 'front groups,' the President urged a 'fix' to the Citizens United decision, which he believed allowed these nefarious groups to 'pose' as nonprofits.  The President's allies in Congress and elsewhere echoed this call, working aggressively to delegitimize the Court's decision and Constitutional protections for non profit political speech..."

The report raises some very crucial and critical questions.  First, obviously, IRS employees appear to not be required, upon being hired, to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution and to protect the nation against enemies, both foreign and domestic.

Additionally the intelligence quotient of IRS employment candidates appears to not be calculated into the hiring process.

We are invited to conclude the following:

"...Put simply, as the President's political rhetoric drove the national dialogue and shaped public opinion, the IRS received and responded to the political stimuli..."

According to this reasoning, the robo-paths at the IRS obviously are incapable of independent, responsible, thought, and are incapable of being accountable for horrific Constitutional violations. To wit:

"... A review of evidence available to the Committee substantiates this conclusion.  In February 2010, the IRS identified and elevated the initial conservative tax-exempt applications due to concerns about media attention surrounding the Tea party.  Likewise in September 2010, in response to an article in a tax-law journal, former IRS official Lois Lerner initiated a 'c4 project' to assess the political activity of certain nonprofits..."

Isn't that just peachy?

"...In October 2010, after reading news reports that nonprofits were becoming increasingly active in political speech following [the Supreme Court Decision] Citizens United, the Justice Department arranged a meeting with the IRS to discuss the decision's effect on campaign finance law.  Most tellingly, Lerner [then head of the IRS non-profit section] talked in October 2010 about political pressure on the IRS to 'fix the problem' posed by Citizens United, saying that 'everyone is up in arms' about the decision and that 'everybody is screaming at [The IRS] right now: 'fix it now before the election.'..."

The report says that defenders of the IRS (principally Democrats) have sought to downplay the IRS wrongdoing:

"...For it to be scandal, they said, the President himself must be personally involved.  For it to merit attention, they argued, the White House must have ordered the targeting.  For the public outrage to be warranted, these Democrats alluded, there must be a direct link from the Oval Office to the IRS.  Hiding behind these straw men, the defenders of the Obama Administration claimed that the absence of a direct order to target conservatives necessarily meant that there was no political element to the IRS targeting..."

The conclusion?

"...The Committees investigation shows that the IRS targeting was political. It was political in both its genesis and its effect.  The IRS targeting was the result of political pressure on the agency to 'fix the problem' of nonprofit political speech.  This political pressure was generated by campaign-style rhetoric from President Obama and his allies in opposition to the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision  and so-called 'shadowy' groups 'posing' as nonprofits.  As a result of the IRS targeting, hundreds of tax exempt applicants were singled out for scrutiny on undeniably political grounds--that is, they intended to engage in political speech...

The report stresses a "...rhetorical barrage orchestrated by the President to delegitimize Citizens United and vilify the conservative nonprofit groups the White House feared would be helped by it..."

The report says that "...it is apparent that the IRS targeting of conservative tax-exempt applicants initiated and progressed in the context of intense political pressure led by the President for action on politically active nonprofits.  It is beyond dispute that the President's political rhetoric contributed to IRS efforts that resulted in the IRS's targeting of conservative tax-exempt groups because of their political beliefs..."  But it does not address the inadequacies of IRS staff and their fault in failing to uphold Constitutional law, Constitutional protections, and their oath of office.  Nor does the report hold accountable the IRS employees responsible for those failures.

While it is clear that their boss certainly targeted his critics, IRS employees are supposed to be above the fray; they are supposed to be non-partisan.  When, up and down the chain of command, not one of them steps forward to be the adult in the room, the patriot, the upholder of the Constitution, that agency is compromised and must be dismantled at once, and another agency put in its place.  The IRS is mandated by a Constitutional amendment, but nowhere in its establishment were violations of our founding documents authorized, condoned or sanctioned, nor are there clauses or articles that set aside the Constitution in order for it to exist.  If there are, then the Constitution by default must prevail.

Today, however, it is not enough to minimally withhold funds from such a despicable agency that so egregiously rips apart our Constitutional fundamentals. It must be stripped of any authority and function from the inside out, and a more effective income collecting entity put in its place that does not penalize citizens or their production.

The President's minions are more interested in keeping their jobs safe, rather than upholding our Constitution, and must face the consequences.  The agency must be replaced, and if another is put in its place, it must be devoid of any power of repression.

Texans Not Waiting For Obama To Secure Border

Texas Governor Rick Perry is not holding his breath waiting for help from Obama's feds to secure the Texas border against a veritable invasion of illegal aliens...

In a media dispatch yesterday the governor's office announced that Rick Perry, along with David Dewhurst, the Texas Lt. Governor, and Joe Straus, the Lone Star State's Speaker of the House, had directed the Texas Department of Public Safety "...to immediately begin law enforcement surge operations on the Texas-Mexico border to combat the flood of illegal immigration into the state in the absence of adequate federal resources to secure the border. State leaders have authorized DPS to fund border security operations at approximately $1.3 million per week..."

Perry says Texas can't afford to wait for Washington to act on this crisis and that we "...will not sit idly by while the safety and security of our citizens are threatened...Until the federal government recognizes the danger it's putting our citizens in by its inaction to secure the border, Texas law enforcement must do everything they can to keep our citizens and communities safe..."

The Texas Lt. Governor was no less forceful than Perry. Dewhurst said:
"...The federal government has abdicated its responsibility to secure the border and protect this country from the consequences of illegal immigration, but as Texans we know how to lead in areas where Washington has failed... Last year DPS conducted Operation Strong Safety and achieved astounding results. Crime rates related to drugs, cartels, transnational gangs, and illegal border activity plummeted because of the resources we allocated to stop illegal entry at the border. It's time to make this type of presence on the border permanent..."

According to the Governor's office calculations, The U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (USCBP) has apprehended more illegal immigrants in the Rio Grande Valley in the first eight months of the current federal fiscal year (over 160,000) than it did for all of fiscal year 2013 (154,453). In May 2014 alone, USCBP reported apprehending more than 1,100 illegal immigrants per day in the Rio Grande Valley.  "...This year, like last year, more than half of the individuals apprehended at the Texas-Mexico border by USCBP are from countries other than Mexico. Additionally, 34,000 unaccompanied alien children (UAC) have been apprehended in Texas so far this year, with estimates that number will reach 90,000 by the end of the fiscal year. By comparison, 28,352 UAC were apprehended in fiscal year 2013..."

In a communique to the Director of the Department of Public Safety, Colonel Steven C. McCraw, Texas officials directed the DPS to plan and execute a surge operation of increased law enforcement in Texas border counties.  They said: "...You are authorized to utilize all existing appropriated funds toward this operation...To the extent necessary, we will utilize our authority as governor and as co-chairs of the Legislative Budget Board to facilitate adjustments to the DPS budget until next session.  The cost for this operation will need to be addressed by the next legislature in the supplemental appropriations bill..."

The Texas Governor said on Tuesday that the immigration crisis is "... an absolute overflowing mess..."  He appeared on Fox News with Sean Hannity telling him that "...there has been some success in shutting down illegal activities with these immigration surges, but the states just don’t have the resources for this situation..."

On Hannity Perry said, "...Number one, it’s not the state’s responsibility to be dealing with this issue. We’re doing our part to make sure we can keep our citizens as safe as we can. But the federal government is just absolutely failing. We either have an incredibly inept administration or they’re in on this somehow..."

The immigration fiasco was described by Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, also on "Hannity" (on Monday): "...You talk about the Border Patrol, they’re too busy changing diapers and not going after dope peddlers and illegal immigrants,” Arpaio said. “I think the president knew this was going to happen, so it’s going to help him on his executive orders if Congress doesn’t take this mission up. And it might backfire. It might backfire because of the inhumane situation..." That was an echo of a report on "The Kelly File," that reported, "...The crisis at the southern border is worsening by the day, as we heard on The Kelly File that almost half of Border Patrol agents are off patrols because they're need to do paperwork. There are not enough agents to handle the enormous influx of illegal immigrant children that have to be cared for at processing centers..."


CBS quoted Texas Congressman Henry Cuellar from Laredo on June 8, "...if you’re just looking at the lower Rio Grande Valley we’re getting about 1,200 people a day. Over 70 percent of them are not from Mexico but from other places and 300 to 400 of them are young people coming in without parents...Almost 40 percent of the Border Patrol Agents are not at the border they’re actually filling out paperwork, transporting, feeding, moving these folks around..."

Texans are initiating their efforts with the understanding of the magnitude of the problem.

Texas officials told the DPS director:  "...Clearly, committing more of your resources will not end the humanitarian issues on the border, nor is it a complete solution to what is ultimately a federal responsibility. But the professional law enforcement resources at the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) can reduce crime, ensure the safety of Texas citizens and support the strained resources of local law enforcement and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection..."

IRS Sends FBI "Protected" Tax Payer Info In Violation Of Federal Law

BEHIND ENEMY LINES:

A set of 21 disks that had been transmitted to the FBI by the IRS under the direction of senior IRS official Lois Lerner, contains a 1.1 million page database of  501(c)(4) tax exempt organizations, that includes legally protected taxpayer information that should not ever been sent to the FBI.

This is according to House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrel Issa, who said in a media dispatch that this is a breach of federal law.

The dispatch says that after the Justice Department turned over the database to the Oversight Committee this month in response to a subpoena, the Justice Department says it was informed by IRS officials that it contains legally protected taxpayer information that should not have ever been sent to the FBI and it now plans to return the full database to the IRS.

In a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, write:

"...We are aghast to learn that the Justice Department worked with the IRS to assemble a massive database of nonprofit groups, and that this database included confidential taxpayer information that the Department is not authorized to possess ... The creation of such an illicit and comprehensive registry by federal law-enforcement officials is concerning in and of itself.  Yet, the creation of a registry at the same time that the Department considered possible investigatory steps against nonprofit groups engaged in political speech is alarming.  This evidence is a clear indication that the Justice Department took affirmative steps to examine nonprofit groups engaged in otherwise lawful political speech...”

The Congressmen point out in the letter to Holder that the Oversight Committee is "...aware of multiple conflicts of interest in the Department of Justice’s criminal investigation into the targeting of conservatives at the IRS..." and that "... At this time, there are apparent conflicts of interest in the Public Integrity Division of the DOJ, the FBI as well as the Civil Division..." leading Issa and Jordan to reiterate their call for a special prosecutor.

Say Issa and Jordan:

"...Additionally, the revelation that the Justice Department worked with the IRS to compile a massive database of nonprofit information, including confidential taxpayer information, further undermines the integrity of the Department’s investigation of the IRS targeting.  The Committee has already obtained information that the Civil Rights Division attorney leading the investigation has an apparent conflict of interest.  Now we know that the other two Justice Department components involved in the investigation – the Public Integrity Section and the FBI – also have serious conflicts of interest stemming from their interaction with Lois Lerner in October 2010.  For these reasons, we reiterate the overwhelmingly bipartisan position of the House of Representatives that the appointment of a special counsel is warranted to investigate potential criminal wrongdoing...”

Issa and Jordan state:

"...We are also concerned by the manner in which this information was transmitted from the IRS to the Justice Department.  Section 6103 of the federal tax code protects confidential taxpayer information from unauthorized disclosure. Thus, the IRS transmittal of confidential information to the FBI in October of 2010 apparently violated federal law.  In addition, the Department's disclosure that the information on he disks was protected by section 6103 occurred subsequent to a letter from Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik in which he expressed the Department's 'understanding' that the 21 disks contained publicly available information..."

Now the Committee wants from the Justice Department:

1.       All documents and communications between or among employees of the Department of Justice and employees of the Internal Revenue Service referring or relating to the 21 disks of nonprofit information transmitted from the Internal Revenue Service to the Justice Department on or around October 6, 2010;

2.       All documents and communications between or among employees of the Department of Justice and employees of the Internal Revenue Service referring or relating to the production of the 21 disks of nonprofit information to the Committee on June 2, 2014; and

3.       All documents and communications between or among employees of the Department of Justice and employees of the Internal Revenue Service referring or relating to the discovery of confidential taxpayer information protection by I.R.C. § 6103 on the 21 disks of nonprofit information produced to the Committee on June 2, 2014.

While the process of investigation has been slow, significant incriminating information has emerged from Congressional sleuthing, and as criminal wrongdoing is alleged, investigators face continual stonewalling and evasion from Obama administration department officials and personnel.

It is clear that Obama continues to use the power and force of government to attack his political opponents.  All the more reason for patriots to continue to relentlessly expose the truth and take political action to effect much needed change.

IRS "Loses" Lerner Emails; Congressman Says He'll Get Them From NSA "Metadata" Surveillance

The IRS said today it can't turn over Lois Lerner's emails, because their computer crashed. That has raised the ire of many, including you and I, House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrel Issa, and Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp.

Camp says "...The fact that I am just learning about this, over a year into the investigation, is completely unacceptable and now calls into question the credibility of the IRS’s response to Congressional inquiries.  There needs to be an immediate investigation and forensic audit by Department of Justice as well as the Inspector General..."

Rightfully so, he's really put off by this, and says:

"...Just a short time ago, Commissioner Koskinen promised to produce all Lerner documents.  It appears now that was an empty promise.  Frankly, these are the critical years of the targeting of conservative groups that could explain who knew what when, and what, if any, coordination there was between agencies.  Instead, because of this loss of documents, we are conveniently left to believe that Lois Lerner acted alone.  This failure of the IRS requires the White House, which promised to get to the bottom of this, to do an Administration-wide search and production of any emails to or from Lois Lerner.  The Administration has repeatedly referred us back to the IRS for production of materials.  It is clear that is wholly insufficient when it comes to determining the full scope of the violation of taxpayer rights...”

According to Camp, the The IRS claims it cannot produce emails written only to or from Lerner and outside agencies or groups, such as the White House, Treasury, Department of Justice, FEC, or Democrat offices.

House Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Charles Boustany Jr., is also weighing in:

"...In the course of the Committee's investigation, the Administration repeatedly claimed we were getting access to all relevant IRS documents. Only now - thirteen months into the investigation - the IRS reveals that key emails from the time of the targeting have been lost.  And they bury that fact deep in an unrelated letter on a Friday afternoon.  In that same letter, they urge Congress to end the investigations into IRS wrongdoing. This is not the transparency promised to the American people.  If there is no smidgeon of corruption what is the Administration hiding?..."

Darrel Issa says its more of the same from the IRS and the Obama administration:

"...Isn’t it convenient for the Obama Administration that the IRS now says it has suddenly realized it lost Lois Lerner’s emails requested by Congress and promised by Commissioner John Koskinen?  Do they really expect the American people to believe that, after having withheld these emails for a year, they’re just now realizing the most critical time period is missing? Congressional oversight has revealed that the IRS has –potentially illegally– shared confidential taxpayer information with the FBI and lost crucial email records even as the agency continues to withhold information by not fully complying with the Committee’s subpoena. Left to the IRS’ own preferences, the White House would still be retelling the lie that this was all about mismanagement confined to a local office.  The supposed loss of Lerner’s emails further blows a hole in the credibility of claims that the IRS is complying with Congressional requests and their repeated assurances that they’re working to get to the truth. If there wasn’t nefarious conduct that went much higher than Lois Lerner in the IRS targeting scandal, why are they playing these games?...”

But Representative Steve Stockman from Texas appears to have a solution.  He wants all the meta data files from the NSA on Lois Lerner.

According to a Stockman statement, his request comes just hours after the IRS claimed it “lost” all of Lerner’s emails to or from Lerner and outside agencies or groups during that period, in which she allegedly coordinated with the White House, House Democrats and political groups to harass and deny tax-exempt status to groups critical of the President.   Stockman says:

"...I have asked NSA Director Rogers to send me all metadata his agency has collected on Lois Lerner’s email accounts for the period which the House sought records...The metadata will establish who Lerner contacted and when, which helps investigators determine the extent of illegal activity by the IRS...The claim incriminating communications were erased by a glitch conjures memories of Rose Mary Woods... Barack Obama has brought us Jimmy Carter’s economy and Richard Nixon’s excuses.

[Rose Mary Woods was the Nixon White House Secretary that claimed "...responsibility in a 1974 grand jury testimony for inadvertently erasing up to five minutes of the 181⁄2 minute gap in a June 20, 1972, audio tape. Her demonstration of how this might have occurred – which depended upon her stretching to simultaneously press controls several feet apart (what the press dubbed the "Rose Mary Stretch"[4]) – was met with skepticism from those who believed the erasures, from whatever source, to be deliberate. The contents of the gap remain a mystery..."  (Wikepedia)  The audio tape was part of the Watergate Investigation evidence.]

Antidote To the Winter Olympics Terrorist Threat?

There is an antidote to the much media-touted terrorist threat of attacks at the Olympic Games at Sochi.

While it has been stated in news reports that the U.S. has readied ships and other aspects of our armed forces to be ready to "evacuate" or to rescue U.S. Olympic personnel from a terrorist attack at the Winter Olympic Games at Sochi, it has remained mum on what the consequences of such an attack would be to the perpetrators/terrorists.

The Obama administration's pre-emptive actions against potential terrorist attacks, has been to complain about the Russian government's refusal to share intelligence about terrorist actions.

Granted, the al-Qaeda Cult of Mass Murder is known for it's "suicide" bombers; but obviously the leadership exempts itself from such sacrifice, because IT wants to survive to continue terrorizing little children into "submission."

The solution then, is to make it clear to any member or branch of the terror cult, that if the al-Qaeda Terrorist Cult or any al-Qaeda Terrorist Cult aligned group, dares to attack our nation or the nation of any participant at the Olympics, "We" and any nation that has the intestinal fortitude to join us, will launch and all-out blitz against any and all al-Qaeda outposts, sanctuaries, and any al-Qaeda aligned nations with the aim of ending the threat of terror once and for all.

This, of course, is in direct contradiction of the Obama Administration's doctrine of appeasement and accommodation, and its policy of continuing to weaken our armed forces through troop reductions, armed forces budget cuts, base closures, antagonism against out military, and absurd rules of engagement that put our troops in danger and at risk.

The very fact that there is even a terrorist threat at this time is due to the perception by terrorists that they can get away with it.  The atmosphere that the potential deterrents of a terrorist attack are weak or unable to respond effectively against the enemy, is sufficient to prompt an attack.

At the very least, it is on the minds of Olympic Games participants and sponsors.  Olympic Games participants should not have on their minds that there might be a terrorist attack.  What does that do their competitive concentration or to their well-being in general?

Seen in this light, the protectors of order and security have already failed.

The only deterrent then is a violent, extreme threat of unrelenting retaliation in places where terrorists operate and reside. That would require a mind-set to do so, of course, and due to the current status-quo imposed by the administration, would also necessitate a drastic policy change by a President determined to lead from behind.

Obama Arms Syrian Rebels; Disarms Americans

President Barack Obama is reportedly still making his case about the one-thousand plus victims of chemical gassing in the Syrian civil war, attempting to justify an attack of that country to "punish" the Syrian regime for its alleged use of chemical weapons against its citizens.

And he is working feverishly to supply arms to Syrian Rebels, as was noted by Reuters on July 23rd:

"...The White House announced in June that it would offer military aid to vetted groups of Syrian rebels after two years of balking at directly sending arms to the opposition....'We have been working with Congress to overcome some of the concerns that they initially had, and we believe that those concerns have been addressed and that we will now be able to proceed,' a source familiar with the administration's thinking told Reuters on condition of anonymity..."

The Reuters article states:

"...The timeline was unclear, but supporters of the rebels hope the deliveries of U.S.-provided arms will start in August....They hope for 'a large number of small weapons' such as rifles and basic anti-tank weapons, said Louay Sakka, a co-founder of the Syrian Support Group, which backs the Free Syrian Army fighting Assad...'..."

And yet, since then, Obama has acted to restrict and to counter the Constitutional Right of Americans to bear arms.  As Fox News reported a few days ago:

"...The Obama administration unexpectedly announced two new gun control measures on Thursday, including one that would curb the import of military surplus weapons -- in a move that could anger collectors....Vice President Biden announced the new measures Thursday morning. The new rules, announced while Washington was otherwise focused on the crisis in Syria, took the form of executive actions, which President Obama added to the list of 23 steps the White House already determined the president could take on his own..."

And it appears that gun control measures that the Obama Administration cannot institute via congressional legislation, will be issued as decrees by way of Executive Orders.

"...the White House has completed or made significant progress on all but one of the 23 executive actions Obama had previously ordered in January..."

It is clear, that while the Obama argues the need for rebels of his choosing in a foreign country to be armed so they can oppose a tyrannical government, he yet continues his attempt to disarm Americans and to negate and remove from U.S. patriots their ability to defend themselves against tyranny here at home.

It is a factor highlighted by the controversy of U.S. further involvement in Syria, and one that is yet not getting the coverage it merits in media.

Syria's Assad Will Get An Advantage From An Attack or Even The Threat Of An Attack By The U.S.

To the point:

1.  Assad will rally protests in the streets against an Imperialist U.S. attacking an Arab Country in the Middle East.

2.  Assad will "call-in" his "alliance" cards with Russia and China.

3.  The Assad regime will be "resolved" against the West and accuse the U.S. of meddling in Middle East/Syria affairs.

4.  Assad will accuse the U.S. of wanting a foot-hold in the Middle East, claim a conspiracy of U.S. and Israel against Syria, and call for "Arab Unity" against foreign invaders in the way that was promoted by Abdel Nasser.

The Muslim Middle East strategy is to own both sides of a conflict, and the manifestation of this is the apparency of Sunni and Shia conflicts throughout the world.  There are Sunni-Shia conflicts, but both factions, are in the end, Muslim.  Muslim culture accepts the conflict, but understand that in the end, Muslims will unite against non-Muslims to defeat their enemies. The "conflict" strategy involves trapping opponents in one or another of the factions, to bring them into the fight and then fight a war of attrition against its "ally."

Obama has stepped into this ruse, and/or due to his loyalties and political preferences is complicit in the "trap," and with his continuing support of the "Arab Spring" is perpetuating U.S. involvement in the Arab quagmire.  U.S. involvement in the Syrian conflict, and any other conflict in Muslim countries will result only in results similar to the outcome of Iraq and Afghanistan.

Obama has shown in the past that he is not enamored with Israel, to say the least.  A U.S. attack on Syria will prompt "justified" retaliation against Israel.

Israel will not sit back and be attacked, and when it launches retaliatory attacks against Israel's attackers, Arab sentiment will solidify against the U.S. and Israel.

Just today the Brits pulled out of any agreement to attack Syria. So did Jordan.

The Russians, who have had a minimal footprint in the Middle East, will capitalize on the U.S. attack by securing a larger beach head in Syria, and then in the Middle East.

Russian, Chinese, and Iranian Influence will increase due to the U.S. Threat or Actual attack.

The Russian, Chinese, and Iranian propaganda will tout a victory for their axis, and launch a stronger campaign (than they have now) against U.S. financial interests in the region, including an attack on U.S. petro-dollars, and the significances tied to that phenomenon internationally.

It is unfathomable that a U.S. President and/or his advisors and anyone in the Obama administration has not weighed any of these factors.  Assuming that they have, then they are deliberately setting up the U.S. for a military, political, and financial gargantuan loss.

The fears of World War III are probably unwarranted, unless one is counting on madness in the Russian and Chinese spheres.  However, a holocaust of political, military, and financial loss will ensue against the U.S. because of this Obama "blunder."

Please note that this "blunder" is in keeping with the Obama objective to make the U.S. equal to its enemies, by weakening the U.S. militarily, financially, and politically.

Why the NSA Scandal is Actually A Hoax...

Please note the statement by Senator Frank Church in 1975.

Yes. 1975.  The capability was "perfected" in 1975.  He even cautioned using that capability against Americans.

So, how then is the NSA capability to "intercept communications" new in 2013?

How is it that it is a spectacular and devastating revelation that this surveillance capability is not only being carried out, but "exposed" by a whistle-blower?

Was it because it was not common knowledge?  Was it because people forgot what Frank Church said in 1975?

It is correct to suspect that you have been duped into believing that a program is TOP SECRET, and that it was then LEAKED, and that now a WHISTLEBLOWER is being pursued and has to get ASYLUM in a foreign country.  The argument pro and con, is that the perpetrator is either a hero or a traitor.

How is it that a program that was openly spoken about and known about in 1975, now in 2013 a Top Secret program that is being REVEALED, and is touted as exposing classified information to the tune of endangering our national security?

One can justify or try to make sense of this anomaly by asserting that computers and modern technology developments increase the impact of such capabilities, but that still does not negate that these programs have been known about openly since 1975.

In this light, since the "scandal" is exposed as a farce, what, then, is really going on?

Your guess is as good as mine.

But an informed calculation is possibly that one (or several) of Comrade Vlad Putin's KGB / G.R.U. (soviet military intelligence) moles has been outed, and a ruse was necessary to get him back to Mother Russia, safe and sound for debriefing.

Consider then, the U.S. President's "Leanings," and this scenario becomes all too plausible, even to the point of the ruse being facilitated by "both sides" to ensure that appearances are kept up.

Those "appearances," for the uninitiated, are the fragile facades that must be held in place to continue that pretense that you have, at least, a semblance of a Constitutional Republic, and not a "police state," so that a Production Class of serfs can be counted on for tribute to be paid to a Criminal Class of "Managers" that have not a clue, nor care about how to manage the societies they pretend to govern.

A U.S. military court-martial has convicted Intelligence Analyst, Army Private Bradley Manning, on charges of espionage "...for leaking U.S. secrets to WikiLeaks, but found him not guilty of a more serious charge of aiding the enemy, a charge that could have carried a life prison sentence..." According to the "Voice Of America:"

"...Manning faced a total of 21 criminal charges in connection with his release of more than 700,000 U.S. documents to the anti-secrecy website. The documents included secret diplomatic cables and classified military reports from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan..."

Reportedly, the defense argued that Manning did not know that the information he leaked, would have wound up in the hands of "the enemy," and he was therefore acquitted of the principal charge, which could have given him the death penalty.

The verdict is the verdict, but I would be remiss if I did not point out that Bradley Manning was an intelligence analyst.  Not only does such a position require extensive security clearances, there are training requisites which require a person in that position to get extensive training on security matters, especially in the handling and processing of intelligence data. A foot soldier that is deployed is cautioned via briefings of "Operational Security (OPSEC) about not disclosing any information to families and relatives about deployment locations, destinations, mission purposes, etc.

It is highly unlikely that Manning was spared any training in security matters, given the access he had to intelligence information, so it is at the very least perplexing that he would be acquitted of the charge of "aiding the enemy."

Realistically he could not have convincingly invoked being ignorant of the fact that the information he disclosed might possibly wind up in the hands of U.S. enemies. But that is precisely what he did, and the Judge apparently bought it.
